Complete this form and return it to any of our Collection Points. There is a £2.50 joining fee for adults (FREE for under 18s) and you will need to bring 2 forms of ID, such as:
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Letter from DWP, Fife Council or other government body
Our membership represents all sections of the community, businesses, professional workers, self employed, waged and salaried, as well as OAPs and people on benefits, alongside children at school plus youngsters whose parents and grandparents have enrolled them, some from birth.
